Mi padre quería ver la última película Transformers en teatros, así que mi familia y yo estuvimos de acuerdo en mirar con él hacia abajo profunda, aunque yo personalmente no estaba deseoso de hacerlo. El Micheal Bay franquicia Transformers' ha sido constantemente recibiendo mediocre a muy bajas calificaciones con crítica y a menudo he acordado con sus comentarios sobre lo mal que la película retrata sus personajes, escenas de acción, y el desarrollo.

A pesar de todo eso, dado que los remolques suponía que esta sería la última película Transformers, tuve alguna esperanza de que habría una nueva forma de mostrar la historia de esta aventura a gran escala.

En esa nota, fue Transformers: El Último Caballero pasará a la historia como una gran película o se caen al unísono con sus predecesores, siendo nombrada como otro fracaso de la película de la saga?

Esta es la quinta película en la serie y supuestamente el último, y creo que lo he visto todo, pero una de las películas. Sin embargo, sentí esta historia fue simplemente bland totalmente. Quizás si esto era una película independiente esto funcionaría, porque una y otra vez hemos visto la fórmula similar con la presencia de los militares, teniendo algunos objetos valiosos, la moral de proteger a los seres humanos y así sucesivamente.

Actualmente tengo problemas para ampliar sobre las desventajas de esta película porque me siento como si la hubiera expresado en mi 2014 revisión de Transformers 4, y además es un tema común que me he encontrado a lo largo de todas las películas. También me gustaría hacer una lista de ellos, pero también quiero esforzarme para explicar mi razonamiento detrás de mis opiniones. Además, sería muy difícil tener el examen final aquí.

Empezaré la historia. Puedo estar equivocado, pero sentado en ese teatro me sentí como si estuviera viendo la misma historia que el anterior, excepto finalmente vemos algo nuevo sobre los Autobots y donde se originó. Me pareció extraño cómo se presentará esta tarde en la serie, especialmente cuando el título de cada película incluye transformadores.

Los transformadores no parecen obtener la mayor cantidad de tiempo de la pantalla como los seres humanos. Las estrellas del mismo personaje de la película anterior, Cade Yeager (Mark Walhberg) con nuevas hembras conduce Vivian (Laura Haddock) e Izabella (Isabela Moner). El trío los Autobots ayudan a salvar al mundo, pero seguramente no podría ayudar a salvar la historia.

Desde el desarrollo de la historia, para mí estaba claro que el trío de personajes que finalmente terminan siendo juntos como una unidad familiar, habida cuenta de las circunstancias de cada uno de ellos trataba con ya sea la pérdida de la familia o de la falta de amor.

Cuando llegó al Cade, sintió como si estuvieras antagonista masculina típica con sólo un rasgo adjunta a su persona. En cuanto a Vivian e Izabella, fueron una vez más sexualizada para sus cuerpos por haber hombres comentar sobre sus cuerpos o se comportaron como el bad ass típico personaje que lo presionan al amor. Yo realmente terminé gusto Vivian- el adulto- más que el niño Izabella, supongo que no pudo conectar con su personaje tanto como los escritores querían que yo.

Para ser justos, al menos me gustó ver Izabella más que los robots reales. Es un día triste cuando incluso Bumblebee comienza a molestarlo, pero más Michael Bay empuja hacia fuera las secuelas menos amor es con estos caracteres. Casi cada único robot salió a mí como un alivio cómico que te lanza el drama de la historia, con los chistes son en su mayoría una miss de un golpe.

El humor es pueril, en mi opinión, algo que los niños probablemente disfrute pero no a los adultos ya que muestra cómo los escritores no le importaba poner más esfuerzo en el aspecto cómico de la película. Si lo hicieran, al menos podrían recortar los chistes, lo que significa tener menos de ellos, y algunos de ellos para elevar las bromas no siempre provienen del mismo género de comedia y puede llegar hasta los huesos graciosos de más personas.

Última cosa I wan't rápidamente a hablar es Optimus Prime a sí mismo. Si usted ha estado siguiendo la serie, saben que él es el líder de los Autobots y héroe de todos, aunque aquí Optimus está ausente. Es sólo conmigo o se han tirado siempre este tipo de trucos desde la segunda película?

Usted sabe, cuando usted piensa que todo está perdido porque Optimus falta o está muerto, pero nunca permanece permanente. El elemento de sorpresa es dejar esta franquicia como estoy seguro de que muchos tendrán la certeza de que nada terrible va a ocurrir a los personajes principales, al menos no por mucho tiempo.

En fin, yo no le recomendaría esta película a nadie a menos- como yo diría a todas las películas- le encanta la acción. Hay un montón de escenas de acción y si empujar la historia repetitivo, soso y personajes molestos lado personajes, este le han intrigado. De lo contrario, si mi padre no quería ver esta película, yo nunca habría visto por mí.

Nerd estereotipadas y la niña negra.

A Izabella rapapolvo a esos niños por no saber su situación porque probablemente viven en casas de fantasía puede sonar dura, pero pensé que iba a ser un gran tirón. Sé que ha pasado mucho, pero los niños no estaban tratando de herir a los robots y hey Izabella, has sido tan curiosa que caminamos en algún lugar que no debería tener? Estoy seguro que usted hizo, porque los niños hagan eso. No hacen que los niños se sientan mal para sus situaciones de vida simplemente porque ellos no pueden entender por qué estás viviendo en un basurero. No sucede cada día que usted conoce.

Pero realmente, ¿por qué estás viviendo allí? ¿Qué comer?

Ugh, realmente estamos empezando una historia de amor entre el Izabella y el nerdy Kid?

Bumblebee desmoronándose fue decepcionante. Oh, nevermind él es todo derecho.

Además Izabella, supongo que la muerte de sus padres le afectó muy poco lo que usted obtenga rápidamente feliz al ver un robot. Además, ¿no tienen otros miembros de la familia a acudir cuando sus padres murieron? Usted probablemente tenía un teléfono, o se le pide llamar a alguien en otro teléfono.

My father wanted to watch the latest Transformers movie in theaters, so my family and I agreed to watch it with him although deep down I personally wasn't looking forward to it. The Micheal Bay Transformers' franchise has been consistently receiving mediocre to very low ratings with critics and I often agreed with their reviews over how poorly the movie portrays their characters, action scenes, and development.

In spite of all of that, given that the trailers implied that this would be the final Transformers movie, I had some hope that there would be a new way of showing off the story of this grand scale adventure.

On that note, was Transformers: The Last Knight go down in the history books as a great film or will it fall in unison with its predecessors being named as another failed movie of the franchise?

This is the 5th movie in the series and supposedly the last one, and I think I've watched all but one of the movies. Yet, I felt this story was just bland altogether. Perhaps if this was a stand alone movie this would work, because time and time again we've seen the similar formula with the presence of the military, taking some valuable object, the moral of protecting the humans and so on.

I actually have trouble expanding on the cons of this movie because I feel like it's been expressed in my 2014 review of Transformers 4, plus it's a common issue I've come across throughout all of the movies. I might as well make a list of them but I also want to try my best to explain my reasoning behind my opinions. Plus, it would be pretty awkward to have the review end here.

I'll start off the the story. I might be wrong but sitting in that theater felt like I was watching the same exact story as the previous one, except we finally see something new about the Autobots and where they originated from. I found it odd how they would introduce it this late into the series, especially when the title of every movie includes Transformers.

The Transformers don't seem to get as much screen time as the humans. It stars the same character from the previous film, Cade Yeager (Mark Walhberg) with new females leads Vivian (Laura Haddock) and Izabella (Isabela Moner). The trio help the Autobots save the world, but they sure couldn't help save the story.

From the development of the story, it was clear to me that the trio of characters would eventually end up being together as a family unit given the circumstances each of them were dealing with whether it be loss of family or lack of love life.

When it came to Cade, he felt like you're typical male antagonist with only one trait attached to his person. As for Vivian and Izabella, they were either once again sexualized for their bodies by having men comment on their bodies or behaved like the typical bad ass character who they pressure you to love. I actually ended up liking Vivian- the adult- more than the child Izabella, I guess I couldn't connect with her character as much as the writers wanted me to.

To be fair, at least I liked watching Izabella more than the actual robots. It's a sad day when even Bumblebee begins to annoy you, but the more Michael Bay pushes out sequels the less love is with these characters. Almost every single robot came off to me as a comic relief which seriously throws off the drama of the story, with having the jokes being mostly a miss than a hit.

The humor is childish in my opinion, something kids would likely enjoy but not adults as it shows how the writers didn't care to put more effort into the comedy aspect of the movie. If they did, they at least they could trim the jokes, meaning have less of them, and elevate some of them so the jokes don't always come from the same genre of comedy and it can reach the funny bones of more people.

Last thing I wan't to quickly talk about is Optimus Prime himself. If you have been following the series, you know he is the leader of the Autobots and everyone's hero, although in here Optimus is missing. Is it just me or have they always pulled this sort of trick since the 2nd movie?

You know, when you think all is lost because Optimus is either missing or dead but it never stays permanent. The element of surprise is leaving this franchise as I'm sure many will be certain that nothing terrible will happen to the main characters, at least not for long.

In the end, I would not recommend this movie to anyone unless- as I would say to all of the movies- you love action. There is a ton of action scenes and if you push back the repetitive story, bland characters and annoying side characters, this will have you intrigued. Otherwise, if my dad didn't want to see this movie, I would have never watched it for myself.

I give Transformers: The Last Knight a 3 out of 5 stars.

Stereotypical nerd and black kid.

Izabella telling off those kids about not knowing her situation because they probably live in fancy houses may sound tough, but I thought she was being a major jerk for it. I know she went through a lot, but the kids weren't trying to hurt the robots and hey Izabella, have you ever been so curious you walked around somewhere you shouldn't have? I'm sure you did, because kids do that. Don't make children feel bad for their living situations just because they can't understand why you are living in a dump. It doesn't happen everyday you know.

But really, why are you living there? What do you eat?

Ugh, are we really starting a love story between Izabella and the nerdy kid?

Bumblebee falling apart was anticlimactic. Oh, nevermind he's all right.

The military is important, but I'm getting tired of seeing the military in these movies. It's always the military!

So the teenage daughter of Cade is in college now, nice excuse to get her out of the movie.

Well Izabella, I suppose the death of your parents affected you very little that you quickly get happy when seeing a robot. Also, did you have no other family members to turn to when your parents died? You probably had a phone, or asked to call someone on someone else's phone.

Not to date any bad boys? So the daughter's boyfriend in the previous movie didn't work out.

The junk in her trunk joke was so lame I have nothing much to say about it.

Vivian will be taught that Merlin is real, I'm sure.

I notice how pushy Vivian's family is to find a man. Well, Cade's wife died. I wonder what will happen...

Evil Optimus Prime, oh no. Looks like he will be evil forever and kill everybody! (Sarcasm)

So those kids from the beginning aren't main characters, are they? I thought they would be included more. Same with Izabella, I'm sure she will return but I didn't know they'd stray from her this much.

The British robot making the music was funny. I laughed!

Ugh, Vivian is wearing a dress with cleavage. I bet they're going to comment on it. Yes, they did with Cade calling her slutty. Really? They are pushing for their relationship in the weirdest way.

Well we get Mark Walhberg abs, so I guess it's even...?

Squeaks is the only character I truly like.

So Optimus gets out of his evil state because of Bumblebee's voice? He loves him, there's no other way. That was a strong hypnosis, and you telling me only a friend's voice will get them out of it. Stop playing.

Izabella and Vivian are going to be the new daughter-mother pair for Cade.

I knew it! I freaking knew it! There will be a sequel anyways even though it's called The Last Knight. You're so sneaky! I'm sick of these movies. I'm sick sick sick of it!

Es finalmente en esa época del año para pasar mis vacaciones en casa- ninguna escuela, ninguna tarea, no se preocupe- simplemente sentado en mi cama haciendo lo que yo, por favor. Así que con ese beneficio en la mano, me tuvo el gusto de tener mi propio dormitorio nuevo y no en una habitación compartida, comer de mi nevera y no ir a la cafetería y lo mejor de todo, sin tener que interactuar con la gente sobre una base diaria. Seguro que es un sueño.

Estar de vacaciones también me da más tiempo para publicar mis pensamientos sobre todos y cada uno de los tipos de películas que la gracia de nuestro mundo de hoy. Ha pasado más de un mes desde mi último examen, así que mi critica habilidades pueden ser un poco oxidado por ahora.

Por lo que pensé, necesito algo crítico para ayudarme a conseguir volver a situarme, una película que me puede facilitar, una película que no me da mucho que pensar, una película en la que la trama y los personajes que no se atreve a mi cerebro a pensar fuera de la caja.

Afortunadamente, he encontrado la respuesta a mis oraciones cuando vi, "Conocer a los negros" en Netflix.

"Conocer a los negros" es una parodia del thriller de 2013, "La Purga", que se centra en una familia que están aterrorizados por una noche durante un evento anual que permite a la gente a cometer cualquier delito-incluyendo el asesinato- sin consecuencias.

El cómico Mike Epps asume el papel de Carl, un padre y esposo que sufre horrores similares, habiendo roto en su casa y su familia en el borde como extraños intentan matarlos a todos.

Es, "Satisfacer a los negros", una película que la gente puede reír en toda la noche o es algo que debe ser purgada fuera de nuestras cabezas?

Después de ver esta película, me decidí por algo que creo que es una sugerencia útil para hacer una buena parodia. Si desea realizar una buena parodia, entonces asegúrese de que la historia es cohesivo. Por eso, quiero decir, compruebe que toda la parcela tiene sentido incluso si el espectador no tiene idea de lo que la película se hace referencia. Además de eso, alejando de hacerla como fecha posible.

Hacer una parodia sin fecha, puede ser un desafío, ya que es necesario incluir algunos elementos populares de la época en una parodia, pero creo que se puede hacer con gracia por no mencionar demasiados célebre nombres de esa generación o centrando el humor sobre las personas o las cosas que el público podría tener que mirar hacia arriba para entender por qué la broma se supone que es gracioso.

Creo que esta es la mayor pega de la película: el enfoque del humor. Parodia de películas son conocidas por su color y humor juvenil, pero cuando llegó a ver esta película que apenas se reían de cualquier chistes lanzados a mi manera.

Soy una persona que iba a morir riendo de Scary Movie (2000) e incluso encontré grietas sonrisas en La Película de la Fecha (2006), pero con esos sus chistes eran más-no puedo creer que estoy diciendo esto- desarrollado por decir. Su humor no sólo se derivan de, "Yo soy este estereotipo, no para gente como yo actúe como esto todo el tiempo?" o "Esto está ocurriendo a mí porque soy este estereotipo, ¿no?"

El elenco en su mayoría afroamericanos señalado constantemente el hecho de que son de hecho la gente de color. Además, el hecho de que son personas de color parece ser tan divertido que necesita ser traído arriba cada minuto y debe ser la razón para cada incidente que se produce en ellos.

Puede parecer que esto es divertido, pero tener toda una película con sólo ese tipo de humor no es una maniobra inteligente por parte del escritor.

Yo podría decir la más hilarante broma en el mundo, pero si lo repito una y otra vez, ya no hace a la gente rugir con risa. Al menos con Scary Movie y la película de la fecha, que no sólo se centran en un personaje de la raza, también se presta atención a las cosas como sus gestos e incluso su objetivo en la historia.

Posiblemente el personaje más reconocido en Scary Movie es interpretado por Marlon Waynes Shorty, y no sabía que él era negro todo el tiempo. También mostró cómo él es estúpido cuando él era alto e incluso cómo cuidar fue para el personaje principal, Cindy (a veces). El punto es, no sólo fue definido por el color de su piel.

La película de la fecha la protagonista femenina Julia interpretado por Alyson Hannigan va a lo largo de la historia con la esperanza de satisfacer al hombre de sus sueños y trata de mantener su relación viva a pesar de ex-amantes y enjuiciador padres.

¿Qué Carl gusta hacer? No sé.

¿Qué es tan especial acerca de Carl con su esposa, Lorena (Zulay Henao)? Ella es atractivo...?

¿Cuál es la relación de Carl como con sus hijos? Podrían odiarlo...quizás.

No hay ninguna respuesta o incertidumbre cuando se trata de cuestiones en profundidad acerca de estos personajes, por lo que me deja a no preocuparse por ellos y tienen poca simpatía por lo que les sucede.

Hubo varias oportunidades que la película creada por ellos mismos para ampliar con los personajes, muy obvios problemas dentro de la familia que podrían abordarse más adelante, pero en cuanto se dirigió nunca es traído nuevamente y generalmente ensombrecida por una broma que pueden envejecer horriblemente dentro de 5 años.

La parcela en su mayor parte se aparta del hogar entero de invasión y de aspecto más bien en Carl's cometió faltas antes de trasladarse a Beverly Hills. Casi todos los intentos de perjudicar antagonista del personaje principal debido a algún motivo estereotipadas.

Que no pueden hacer mucho sentido ahora, pero déjeme darle un ejemplo:

¿Por qué no le gusta pasar tiempo con mi familia?"

"¿Sabes por qué, porque usted nunca folk blanco como para sazonar la comida! Usted tan soso, consideras condimento a ser agua!"

Ahora imagina que la respuesta a todos los personajes de la motivación. Derecho molesta?

Aparte de eso, la película hecha excusas para tantos celeberties parodia a unirse al carro y yo sé por qué, es para que la gente pueda estar convencido de que sería tan bueno.

Estaba claro cómo los editores perezoso cuando se produce esto, porque he visto tres ocasiones donde un personaje líneas podrían repetirse y en la misma escena demasiado! Era como nadie fue siquiera intentar espaciar las repeticiones de una parte un poco más.

Los efectos de sonido también eran abismales, con sonidos como gritos y rugidos que no coincidan con el personaje y una escena donde un personaje ni siquiera estaba moviendo su boca cuando iba a hablar. Las pequeñas cosas como que puede crear grandes errores en una película cuando hecho en múltiples ocasiones.

"Conocer a los Negros" sentí como un completo fail para mí, y eso es mucho decir para alguien que normalmente disfruta parodia de películas. Puedo notar la disminución en la calidad de humor más los años pasan volando por debido a mi falta de interés en estas parodias y qué poca fe tengo en ellos para triunfar.

Creo que un montón de gente que crean estas creer es que la audiencia está buscando tres cosas: la comedia, palabrotas y sexo. Hay muchos más rasgos de una parodia que puede incluirse en esa ecuación y deben ser incluidos como personajes bien desarrollados, buen timing y al menos un poco de sentido común y construir.

Sólo porque un famoso actor de picos de la F word en la pantalla no significa que es todo lo que necesita para obtener una audiencia riendo. Nunca se sabe quién estará sentado para ver tu creación y la gente no todos se aplican a una marca de humor, de modo que, al menos, mostrar algo de esfuerzo en hacer un llamamiento a la gente aparte de los que se contentan con sólo ver actores en directo hasta los estereotipos o vender sex appeal.

Esta película será arrojado en el montón de parodias falló con todo el potencial para ser grande, pero ninguno de ellos se utilizaron y resuelta por abusado tropos raciales y exceso de lenguaje vulgar salpicado con material sexual innecesaria.

Esta película le doy un 1 de 5 estrellas.

"Salir de Chicago fue lo mejor de lo mejor", esa línea se dice dos veces.

Estoy cansado de películas señalando estereotipos negro. Usted sabe, apuntando este mucho y que después de esos tópicos no nos hace ser facultados, nos hace mirar tonto ignorante y la gente pensaría que es cómo se comporta la gente afroamericana.

Dama de Asia que va a intentar matar a ellos más tarde.

Ver?! La dama de Asia amenazó con matarlos!

Si la adolescente (olvidó su nombre) estaba preocupado acerca de quién era su texto, porqué ella gracias al "extranjero" para hablar sobre su culo antes de preguntar quién era?

Me reí un poco cuando pensó Kingbach-oh, me refiero a su novio fue el rapero Big Sean.

El chiste donde el adolescente del novio la empujó en la cama y estaba ansioso por tener sexo parecía que estaba conduciendo a una escena de violación que no está bien.

La parte donde Carl preguntó por qué el Smiths gritaban fue gracioso. He encontrado que gracioso.

Bien, y ahora está arruinada, con los maridos que se arrastra por la esposa del otro. Esto continúa por un tiempo demasiado. Piense acerca de cómo las mujeres en el público sienta viendo que, añadido al hecho de que Lorena es incómodo con Carl's primo masturbándose abiertamente a ella y Carl ríe lejos y el adolescente casi siendo violada por su novio?

Preguntas: eran realmente pensar que esto tendría una secuela? En serio, esto no debería haber una secuela. Segundo, ¿por qué no utilizar la película Carl Jr's vampire shtick y zumbido a su ventaja? It is finally that time of the year to spend my vacation at home- no school, no homework, no worries- just sitting in my bed doing whatever I please. So with that benefit in hand, I took pleasure in having my own bedroom again and not in a shared dorm, eating from my fridge and not walking miles to the cafeteria and best of all, not having to interact with people on a daily basis. It sure is a dream.

Being on vacation also gives me more time to post my thoughts on any and all types of movies that grace our world today. It has been over a month since my last review, so my critiquing skills can be a bit rusty for now.

So I figured, I need something to critic to help me get back into the swing of things, a movie that I can ease into, a movie that doesn't give me too much to think about, a movie in which the plot and its characters don't challenge my brain to think outside the box.

Thankfully, I found the answer to my prayers when I watched, "Meet the Blacks" on Netflix.

"Meet the Blacks" is a parody off of the 2013 thriller, "The Purge" which centers on a family who are terrorized one night during an annual event which allows people to commit any crime-including murder- without consequences.

Stand-up comedian Mike Epps takes on the role as Carl, a father and husband who undergoes similar horrors, having his home broken into and his family on edge as strangers attempt to kill them all.

Is, "Meet the Blacks" a movie that people can laugh at all night or is it something that must be purged out of our heads?

After watching this movie, I decided on something that I believe is a useful tip to make a good parody. If you want to make a good parody, then make sure the story is cohesive. By that, I mean double check that the whole plot makes sense even if the viewer has no clue about what the movie is referencing to. In addition to that, stray away from making it as dated as possible.

Making a parody non-dated can be a challenge, since it's a must to include some popular elements of the times into a parody, but I think it can be done gracefully by not mentioning too many famous celebrity names of that generation or focusing the humor on people or things that the audience might have to look up to understand why the joke is supposed to be funny.

I believe this is the movie's biggest downfall: the focus of the humor. Parody movies are well-known for its off-color and juvenile humor, but when it came to watching this film I barely laughed at any jokes thrown my way.

I am a person who would die laughing at Scary Movie (2000) and even found myself cracking smiles at Date Movie (2006), but with those their jokes were more-can't believe I'm saying this- developed per say. Their humor didn't just derive from, "I'm this stereotype, don't people like me act like this all the time?" or "This is happening to me because I'm this stereotype, aren't I?"

The mostly African-American cast consistently pointed out the fact they are indeed people of color. Plus, the fact that they are people of color seems to be so hilarious it needs to be brought up every single minute and must be the reason for every incident that occurs to them.

It may seem like this is funny, but having a whole movie with only that type of humor is not a smart move on the writer's part.

I could say the most hilarious joke in the world, but if I repeat it over and over, it not longer makes people roar with laughter. At least with Scary Movie and Date Movie, they didn't just focus on a character's race, it also paid attention to things like their mannerisms and even their objective in the story.

Arguably the most recognized character in Scary Movie is Shorty played by Marlon Waynes, and he didn't point out that he was black all the time. He also showed how stupid he is when he was high and  even how caring he was for main character, Cindy (at times). Point is, he wasn't just defined by the color of his skin.

Date Movie's female lead Julia played by Alyson Hannigan goes throughout the story hoping to meet the man of her dreams and tries to keep her relationship alive in spite of ex-lovers and judgemental parents.

What does Carl like to do? I don't know.

What's so special about Carl's wife, Lorena (Zulay Henao)? She's attractive...?

What's Carl's relationship like with his kids? They might hate him...might.

There is either no answer or uncertainty when it comes to in-depth questions about these characters, so it leaves me to not care about them and have little sympathy for whatever happens to them.

There were several opportunities that the movie created for themselves to expand upon with the characters, very obvious issues within the family that could have been addressed further on, but as soon as it's addressed it is never brought up again and it usually overshadowed by a joke that can age horribly within 5 years time.

The plot for the most part strays away from the whole home invasion aspect and rather on Carl's misdemeanors he committed before moving to Beverly Hills. Almost every antagonist attempts to harm the main character because of some stereotypical reason.

That may not make too much sense right now, but let me give you an example:

"Why don't you like to spend time with my family?"

"You know why, because you white folk never like to season your food! You so bland, you consider seasoning to be water!"

Now imagine that response to every characters' motivation. Annoying right?

Aside from that, the movie made excuses for so many celeberties to join the parody bandwagon and I know why, it's so people can be convinced that it would be so good.

It was clear how lazy the editors were when producing this because I spotted three occasions where a character's lines would be repeated and in the same scene too! It was like no one was even trying to space the repetition a part a bit more.

The sound effects were also abysmal, with sounds like screaming and growling not matching the character and one scene where a character wasn't even moving his mouth when he was supposed to be talking. The small things like that can create large blunders in a film when done on multiple occasions.

"Meet the Blacks" felt like a complete fail for me, and that is saying a lot for someone who normally enjoys parody movies. I can notice the decline in quality humor the more the years fly by due to my lack of interest in these parodies and what little faith I have in them to succeed.

I think what a lot of people who create these believe is that the audience is looking for three things: comedy, swearing and sex. There is so many more traits to a parody that can be included in that equation and should be included like well-developed characters, good timing and at least some common sense and build up.

Just because a famous actor spouts the F word on screen doesn't mean that's all it takes to get an audience laughing. You never know who will be sitting to watch your creation and people don't all apply to one brand of humor, so at least show some effort in appealing to people aside from those who are content with just seeing actors live up to stereotypes or sell sex appeal.

This movie will be thrown into the pile of failed parodies with all the potential to be great but utilized none of it and settled for overused racial tropes and excessive vulgar language sprinkled with unnecessary sexual material.

I give this movie a 1 out of 5 stars.

Watching the entire movie now, what was the purpose of Snoop Dogg in a blonde wig? Just to have him to gain more audience attention? Yeah, that's it.

"Getting out of Chicago was the best thing ever," that line was said twice.

I'm tired of movies pointing out black stereotypes. You know, pointing them out this much and following those tropes doesn't make us empowered, it makes us look silly and ignorant people would think that's how all African-American people behave.

That Asian lady is going to try to kill them later.

See?! The Asian lady threatened to kill them!

If the teenage girl (forgot her name) was concerned about who was texting her, why would she thank the "stranger" for talking about her butt before asking who it was?

I laughed a bit when she thought Kingbach-oh, I mean her boyfriend-was rapper Big Sean.

The joke where the teenager's boyfriend pushed her on the bed and was eager to have sex seemed like it was leading to a rape scene which is not okay.

The part where Carl asked why the Smiths were yelling was funny. I found that funny.

Okay and now it's ruined with the husbands creeping on the other's wife. This goes on for a while too. Think about how women in the audience feel seeing that, added to the fact that Lorena is uncomfortable with Carl's cousin openly masturbating to her and Carl laughs it off and the teenager almost being raped by her boyfriend?

Okay, first off that was small slap on the hand, was that really something that required a, "I hate you dad, I'm going upstairs" reaction. Secondly, bringing up the mother dying was so forced. Can I really take that seriously after all that has happened so far?

Teenage girl, you literally saw a bunch of people with guns outside and you still saying a purge can't happen in Beverly Hills? You were just begging your father not to go outside because there will be a purge and now you're contradicting your own words! This is stupid.

Charlie Murphy! This is eerie now that he has passed on.

What the hell was that yell?!

Are they calling him Carl Jr or Carl's Jr? If it's the latter, is that a joke on the fast food restaurant Carl's Jr?

Why are they so scared to get in trouble? It's. the. PURGE.

The Asian lady is going to save them as a reason to get her money, I can feel it.

Carl said the purge was over but the cop still wanted to kill him, so Carl had to kill him. I think it would have fit the comedy of the story if someone found out that Carl killed the cop after the purge was over and arrested him.

The Asian lady never came up? Where was she? She might have died.

Questions: Were they really thinking this would have a sequel? Seriously, this should not have a sequel. Second, why didn't the movie use Carl Jr's vampire shtick and drone to their advantage? It was pushed at us from the beginning so I'm surprised they made the boy just hide most of the time and- oh, I'm sure they did that because that boy's mother needed him to do other responsibilities during shooting. Lastly, is Carl's cousin going to stop being inappropriate to Lorena?

Me pregunto si yo le digo a un montón de divertidas acerca de mí en este blog. Independientemente de si lo hago o no, aquí hay un divertido hecho para usted: soy un gran fan del anime. Me encantó, tan temprano como a los 10 años y sólo sigue deslumbrando a mí, me moleste y me inspiran con sus ideas creativas y visuales sobresalientes.

A pesar de observar las cargas de la animación japonesa durante mi infancia (y, en la actualidad, aunque no como mucho), nunca he leído el manga, "el fantasma de una Shell", que fue escrito por Junichi Fujisaku e ilustrado por Masamune Shirow.

La historia gira en torno a la lucha contra el ciberterrorismo organización denominada Sección 9 de seguridad pública, la cual es liderada por el protagonista llamado mayor Motoko Kusanagi. También planteó preguntas filosóficas como las consecuencias de los avances tecnológicos y la naturaleza de la identidad.

Suena como una historia bastante bien hecho que iba a disfrutar, pero nunca recibí alrededor para aprender más acerca de ella, hasta hace poco, cuando vi el remake de acción en vivo titulado bajo el mismo nombre. Mis pensamientos son el remolque fue que pensé que era visualmente impactantes y parecía una excelente historia para ver, pero lo que me molestó fue cuando me di cuenta de que la actriz Scarlett Johanson sería jugar principales, un personaje que se identifica como Asain-American originalmente. Sin embargo, me daba la película el beneficio de la duda y dijo, "Tal vez, sólo tal vez no hubo Asain-American gente que colocar el papel" así que me dejó con otra negativa salí del tráiler procedente de la misma fuente: Johansson es la iniciativa para una película de acción.

Después de ver la película "Lucy" (2014), llegué a la conclusión de que no me gustaba cómo Johansson actúa en las películas. Ella siempre parecía muy monótono y grave cuando vino a cualquier situación en la que se encontraba, incluso si no lo exigen. Al igual que si hubo un momento que estaba destinado a ser tonto o un momento que estaba destinado a ser emocional, Johansson fue quedarme expressionless estoica o con un brillo y una vez que usted lo note, que probablemente conseguirá en sus nervios tanto como lo hizo en la mina.

Aun así, yo estaba convencido de que yo todavía disfrutar de "Ghost in the Shell" a un gran grado suficiente que yo no me sentaría en mi asiento aburrido fuera de mi mente. La historia de la vivir-acción "Ghost in the Shell", estrellas principales, el primer ser humano que nunca tienen su cerebro implantado en un cuerpo robótico completamente. Con él, ella trabaja para defender a la empresa que creó con ella pero finalmente, ella aprende la verdad sobre su pasado.

La historia es interesante para mí, pero la parcela giro fue algo que encontré predecible. Quiero decir, era dirigida al menos en uno de los remolques oficial así que no estaba sorprendido por la mayoría. Aún así, la historia era buena, pero la forma en que fue presentado tipo de me confundió, especialmente en el comienzo.

En los primeros 20 minutos o así, yo no estaba seguro de qué propósito era importante intentar cumplir o lo que estaba construyendo. No sé si esa fue la intención de los escritores, pero yo estaba allí sentado con mi cabeza casi lastimar a intentar averiguar qué diablos Major estaba tratando de cumplir con lo que estaba haciendo.

Hablando de grandes, tiempo para liberar mi rant.

Yo, obviamente, no saben cómo la versión animada de Major es similar pero Johansson interpreta de ella fue similar a la de su actuación en "Lucy": el tono monocorde y carente de emoción. El personaje es un robot, sí, pero eso no significa que usted tiene que actuar como un robot todo el tiempo. De hecho, el cerebro humano es todavía una parte de importantes, por lo que todos los de su personalidad todavía debería estar allí en lugar de tener grandes actúan como un literal máquina robotizada que no sentir emoción no importa lo que suceda.

Hay unas cuantas escenas emocionales, pero sólo como un máximo de tres veces hizo Johansson convencerme de que ella fue realmente invertido en el momento. Para el resto del tiempo, era tan molesto viendo su voz plana dar diálogo cuando sé que puede entregarse de manera mucho mejor. La peor parte fue cuando ella podría agrietar bromas a otros personajes, en la mayoría de ella despide esta débil smirk tras sus comentarios sarcásticos e incluso entonces es solo una elevación leve en el lado de la boca.

No es como sus ojos squinted ligeramente cuando está feliz o su nariz scrunched o hubo una risita detrás de ella. Básicamente, se trataba de cuando estás intentando convencer a alguien eres feliz aunque usted no tenga el esfuerzo para realmente tratar, así que cuando te preguntan si estás bien, usted responde con "sí, je." Ése es cómo era.

Johansson es probablemente una maravillosa dama y ella es muy hermosa, pero no me gusta la forma en que actúa, lo siento. Además, mientras dejo que la actriz "caucásicos adquiere carácter étnicamente diversa" cosa diapositiva, Después miré la película entera me senté allí como, "Sí, ¿por qué no consiguen una actriz de Asia para esta parte?!"

Esto es algo dificil de explicar sin estropear la película, pero digamos que sobre la base de los principales antecedentes, hubiera tenido más sentido si una actriz asiática desempeñó importantes y hace que las cosas sean tan obvias que Johansson fue elegido probablemente porque ella era un gran nombre en la industria del entretenimiento.

Los otros personajes eran decentes aunque. Me gustó el lado personajes como Batou (Pilou Asbaek) y el Dr. Ouelet (Juliette Binoche), ellos no me chispa tan increíble pero no eran horribles. Me sentí realmente más simpatía hacia ellos que hice el personaje principal que se convirtió en un freaking robot!

El villano de la historia también era buena, pero juro su carácter de diseño constantemente me recuerda a una escena de cabrito. Fue sin duda el cabello que desencadenó. Ella me confundió desde qué miedo su personaje podría haber sido, pero aparte de eso él también estaba bien. Además, me gustó la forma en que hablaba y cómo él tiene un tipo de problema con la forma en que él se expresa a sí mismo; lo tendrá más sentido si usted mira la película.

Los gráficos son increíblemente impresionantes; no hay mucho que decir acerca de eso. Sin embargo, me di cuenta de cuán a menudo la película remito a la misma vista panorámica de la ciudad los caracteres residía en que puede ser repetitivo y perder la magia de ver la ciudad futurista.

Las escenas de acción eran tan genial, esas fueron mis partes preferidas, así que es un plus de la película. No cabe duda de que trajo la acción y los efectos son impresionantes. Me sentí tan inclinados a mendigar para obtener efectos especiales, porque sentíamos que no he visto nada igual en un rato, y realmente emocionado de mis ojos.

En la final, "Ghost in the Shell" es una película decente y sin Johansson flat actuando y la pequeña confusión que tuve en el comienzo de la película, y el extraño motivo por Johansson tuvo que estrellas como el plomo cuando la película nos da razones como la forma en que no se correlaciona con la situación en la que está, entonces yo consideraría esto una increíble película de acción.

Doy "Ghost en el Shell" un 3 1/2 de 5 estrellas.

¿Desde cuándo se refieren a la parte humana de la persona como "ghost?" son simplemente hacerlo de tal manera que la audiencia pudiera entender por qué se llama fantasma en una shell, ¿verdad? Quiero decir, yo podría haber entendido que después de un tiempo.

1 año más tarde? ¿Por qué omitir la parte donde mayor fue acostumbrando al cuerpo?

Me gustó la escena con importantes y la prostituta, pero mi madre estaba comentando sobre que ella no podía entender lo que pasaba. Lo tengo, sin embargo, ella quiere sentir lo que un hombre es como una prostituta y sólo iría junto con alguien tocando su cara, sin duda.

Este villano parece un chico punk; es difícil que lo tomen en serio.

No, el Dr. Ouelet. Me gusta usted, ¿por qué estás en el lado malo?

Esa vieja Asain guy era tan fresca durante ese Shootout!

Esperar, es la madre de este importante? Ella es claramente Asain...porqué no es gran Asain demasiado? Quiero decir, podría ser porque se fabricó el robot.

Ver! Major era joven Asain demasiado! Esto no cuadran. Sólo puedo asumir que es porque cambió su robot de apariencia para hacerla no parecerse exactamente a su pueblo así como su madre no reconocería su.

I wonder if I tell a lot of fun facts about myself on this blog. Regardless of whether I do or not, here's a fun fact for you: I am a big fan of anime. I loved it as early as 10 years old and it only continues to amaze me, sometimes disturb me and inspire me with its creative ideas and outstanding visuals.

Despite watching loads of Japanese animation during my childhood (and currently, though not as much), I never read the manga, "Ghost in a Shell" that was written by Junichi Fujisaku and illustrated by Masamune Shirow.

The story centers around a counter-cyberterrorist organization called Public Security Section 9, which is lead by the protagonist named Major Motoko Kusanagi. It also brought up philosophical questions like the consequences of technological advances and the nature of identity.

It sounds like a fairly well made story that I would enjoy, but I never got around to learning more about it, until recently when I saw the live-action remake titled under the same name. My thoughts on the trailer was that I thought it was visually stunning and looked like an excellent story to watch, but what bothered me was when I noticed that actress Scarlett Johanson would be playing Major, a character who originally identifies as some from Asian descent. Though, I gave the movie the benefit of the doubt and said, "Maybe––just maybe––ghere weren't any Asain-American people who fit the role" so with that problem out of the way, that left me with another negative I got out of the trailer: Johansson is the lead to an action movie.

After watching the movie "Lucy" (2014) I came to the conclusion that I didn't like how Johansson acts in movies. She always seemed very monotone and serious when it came to any situation she was in, even if it didn't call for it. Like if there was a moment that was meant to be silly or a moment that was meant to be emotional, Johansson would stay stoic or with an expressionless glare and once you start to notice it, that will probably get on your nerves as much as it does on mine.

Even so, I was convinced that I would still enjoy "Ghost in the Shell" to a great enough degree that I wouldn't sit in my seat bored out of my mind. So, let's see if my predications came true and the live-action movie was a joy to experience or did it just shut down my willingness to watch another Johansson related movie again?

Note, I will not be doing any comparisons to the animated version since I have yet to see it at this point.

Anyways, onwards!

The story of the live-action "Ghost in the Shell" stars Major, the first human to ever have their brain implanted into a fully robotic body. With it, she works to defend the company that created her but eventually, she learns the truth about her past.

The story is interesting to me, but the plot twist was something I found predictable. I mean, it was addressed in at least one of the official trailers so I wasn't surprised about most of it. Still, the story was good, but the way it was presented kind of threw me off, especially in the beginning.

In the first 20 minutes or so, I wasn't sure what purpose Major was trying to fulfill or what it was building up to. I don't know if this was the intention of writers, but I sat there with my head almost hurting trying to figure out what the heck Major was trying to accomplish with what she was doing.

Speaking of Major, time to release my rant.

I obviously do not know how the animated version of Major is like but Johansson's interpretation of her was similar to her acting in "Lucy": monotone and lacking emotion. The character is a robot, yes, but that doesn't mean you have to act like a robot the whole time. In fact, the human brain is still a part of Major, so all of her personality should still be there instead of having Major act like a literal robotic machine that can't feel emotion no matter what happens.

There are a few emotional scenes, but only like three times at most did Johansson convince me that she was truly invested in the moment. For the rest of the time, it was so annoying watching her flat voice give out dialogue when I know it can be delivered so much better. The worst part was when she would crack jokes to other characters, at most she gives off this weak smirk after her sarcastic comments and even then it's just a slight lift on the side of her mouth.

It's not like her eyes squinted slightly when happy or her nose scrunched or there was a little giggle after it. It was basically when you're trying to convince someone you're happy though you don't have the effort to really try, so when they ask you if you are okay, you respond with, "yeah, heh." That's how it was.

Johansson is probably a wonderful lady and she's very beautiful, but I don't like the way she acts, I'm sorry. Plus, while I let the "caucasian actress takes on ethnically diverse character" thing slide, after I watched the whole movie I sat there like, "Yeah, why didn't they get an Asian actress for this part?!"

This one is kind of hard to explain without spoiling the movie, but let's just say based on Major's background, it would have made more sense if an Asian actress played Major and it just makes things so obvious that Johansson was chosen probably because she was a big name in the entertainment industry.

The other characters were decent though. I liked the side characters like Batou (Pilou Asbaek) and Dr. Ouelet (Juliette Binoche), they didn't spark me as amazing but they weren't awful. I actually felt more sympathetic towards them than I did the main character who was turned into a freaking robot!

The villain of the story was also good, but I swear his character design constantly reminded me of a scene kid. It was definitely the hair that sparked that. It threw me off from how scary his character could have been, but that aside he was fine as well. Plus, I liked the way he spoke and how he has kind of a issue with how he expresses himself; it'll make more sense if you watch the movie.

The visuals were incredibly stunning; there's not much I can say about that. However, I noticed how often the movie would refer back to the same scenic view of the city the characters resided in which can get repetitive and lose the magic of viewing the futuristic city.

The action scenes were so cool, those were my favorite parts, so that's a plus from the movie. They certainly brought in the action and the effects were awesome. I felt so inclined to beg for more special effects because it felt like I haven't seen anything like it in a while, and it truly excited my eyes.

In the end, "Ghost in the Shell" is a decent movie and without Johansson's flat acting and the little confusion I had in the beginning of the movie, and the weird reason as to why Johansson had to star as the lead when the movie gives us reasons as the how that doesn't correlate with the situation she is in, then I would consider this an awesome action movie.

I give "Ghost in the Shell" a 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.

The opening scene with the making of the robot is so creative and cool!

Since when did they refer to the human part of the person as a "ghost?" They're just doing this so the audience could understand why it's called Ghost in a Shell, right? I mean, I could have understood that after a while.

1 year later? Why skip the part where Major was getting used to the body?

The geisha robots were awesome!

I liked the scene with Major and the prostitute, but my mother was commenting on how she couldn't understand what that scene was about. I got it though, she wants to feel what a human is like and only a prostitute would go along with someone touching her face, no question.
